In order to help you identifiy the presence of asbestos in you premises, or manage the risk once you have identified it, we offer a range of UKAS accredited services:

Asbestos sampling
We can safely sample and analyse specific materials if required.
Our accredited laboratory in the North East of England analyse suspect material samples for the presence of asbestos. The report will include which, if any, of the six regulated fibre types are present.

You may need an air test for a number of reasons: after accidentally damaging asbestos or as reassurance following minor asbestos works for example. Our accredited air testing service will provide a quantitative analysis of asbestiform fibres in your premises. Our analysts can issue your report on-site, or email it to you. It's your choice.
Four Stage Clearance Testing Click here for more....
Four Stage Clearances are conducted following the completion of HSE notifiable removal or remedial works. It is designed to assess the cleanliness of the asbestos work area and its suitability to reoccupy once the containment enclosures are removed. This is a requirement of the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2006) and affords you reassurance that works are completed thoroughly and safely.
